First Aid in the Workplace - What to do in the First Five Minutes

This 8 hour program is a complete First Aid and CPR training course which radically shifts the focus of first aid training back to the basics. Medical research has proven that all the advanced medical technology in the world is useless without concerned bystanders performing timely first aid in the first few minutes. The first aid and CPR information introduced in this program is designed to be simple and easily understood by your employees and presents important life-saving information in a positive educational environment.

Each student will receive a copy of the book First Aid in the Workplace, What to do in the First 5 Minutes by Grant B. Goold as part of the course. A three year, renewable basic medical certification is issued to all graduates of the medical training program. The program also includes OSHA approved Blood Borne Pathogens training and graduates will receive a certification card signifying competency in this OSHA required subject.
